· India offers its expertise and technology to LDC under its ITEC program
· Quata free and futy free imports form LDC
· Has offered an LOC of 500 mn $ for next 5 years
· Created 5 mn fund for follow up action to istanbul conference
WAY AHEAD
· Create a separate dedicated development agency udner Min of extrnl affairs to fulfill our commitments to LDC
· We need to persuade our pvt sector invest pro activley in LDCs
